However, when the paintjob was first rolled out on the Class 31s as they left Doncaster after Heavy General Overhaul from March 1985 only the red bufferbeams were carried over, the red lower body band not being introduced until January 1987 on

I usually wear bespoke suits, but I thought I'd give these a try. I'm a 38R in US sizes and I ordered the XS size. The jacket and vest fit nicely and looks sleek. The pants are a bit long, but easily hemmed. The material feels nice and the blue is vibrant. It comes in a bag so you will need to spend some time to steam out the creases and wrinkles. The ensemble gives a modern fitted aesthetic without being tight and uncomfortable and is provides a really good budget value. I can say yet how it will stand up to the test of time, but it's off to a good start.

Great suit for the price

This suit fits pretty well for non-custom cut. The vest and jacket fit almost perfectly. When all buttoned up, there's a slight bulge, but not too noticeable. The pants could use some tailoring. They don't look as slim as I'd hoped. The cut and fabric are a great value, considering the price. This classic blue, with a slight sheen, will be a great suit to wear to parties and the symphony this holiday season.
