A silent toy that still holds a dogā€™s interest
We bought this large size for our Rottweiler- but it was our 45# dog who fell in love with it. Cooper is 16, has kidney disease, dementia and loss of muscle coordination; so, it was an absolute joy to watch him engage with this toy. His foot went through the ball once, but he figured it out. He pushes it with his nose, and tries to squeak it. He ā€œtalksā€ to it. We havenā€™t heard that in a long time. Itā€™s light enough that he can lift it - and it rolls and bounces nicely. For him itā€™s perfect. Our Rottie seems to understand that itā€™s his toy. Now, thatā€™s love and understanding.
