Les Vernaculaires, Flower potVase 1 and Plant Pot 1 come from the same group, Les Vernaculaires. Their shapes are inspired by traditional regional furniture from Savoie and the Western Alps. Originally, the heart motifs were carved on furniture given as wedding gifts, for example. Here, I chose to transfer these symbols onto objects designed to hold gestures of love.
