Die Samen knnen in einer Mhle oder im Mrser vor dem Gebrauch gemahlen werden. Sie werden von ihrem Aussehen her hufig mit den Paradieskrner ( Aframomum melegueta ) verwechselt. Diese sind jedoch viel schrfer und weniger aromatisch als der thiopische Kardamom ( Aframomum corrorima ).

Change in quality

I have purchased these for a few years directly from Whole Foods, and was excited to see that it was now available from Amazon. The quality has been changing recently. I have these on AutoShip and they’ve gotten increasingly darker in color which I’m assuming means cooked more or longer and they’re incredibly hard now. These are supposed to be a soft chew and I have a Chihuahua and even cutting them up, he can barely eat them. Hoping this feedback gets back to the right people in quality control.
